Availability and product information
Product information is provided in good faith. Stock, final condition and prices are confirmed before a purchase is completed; used instruments may show age-appropriate cosmetic variation.
Workshop work
We explain the likely scope and cost before work begins. Additional work will not be undertaken without agreement where practicable. Completion times can depend on parts and specialist services.
Delivery and returns
Delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order. Please inspect items promptly and contact us if there is a problem. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
