There is no universal best instrument. There is a good match for your hands, your ear, your room and the kind of music you return to when no one is listening. That is the conversation we want to have at the counter.
We also keep the relationship practical. If a guitar arrives needing a minor adjustment, or a keyboard needs a different control surface, the workshop is part of the same place — not a mysterious afterthought.
